Recycle Blue LDPE Granule (Low Density Polyethylene) 

It is crushed with scrap plastic crushing machine. It is a mixture of used pallet cover and multiple LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) plastic products in its own color. Coloring is done externally. 

The crystal structure is between Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The modulus of elasticity is medium. However, it is less rigid than LDPE and much less brittle than HDPE. 

It has a low coefficient of friction and provides good electrical insulation. It has high chemical resistance. It can fit all thermoplastic processing processes.

The density of LDPE varies between 0.910 - 0.930 g/cm3, it is amorphous due to the excessively long branches in the polymer chains, it is flexible, very resistant to rupture and is not affected by chemicals.

It can be used in nylon packaging, nylon bags, bubble wrap, pipes, pipe fittings, plastic sheets, composite panels, bags, drip irrigation hoses, electrical pipes, etc.
