INNTURK's goal is to provide B2B Trading services and wholesale products from Turkey to all over the world. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to clarify the terms on which these services are provided to our customers.

1. Requests:

The products will be delivered after the order is confirmed by the customer. Please ensure that all information provided when placing an order is correct.

2. Prices and payment:

Product prices depend on quantities and processes. The final price will be indicated in the quotation sent to the customer. 50% of the order value must be paid in advance, and the rest must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

3. Deadlines and Delivery:

The delivery time will be decided based on the quantity and destination location. The delivery date will be specified in detail in the offer sent to the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy:

The customer can cancel the order within 48 hours after confirming the order. If the order is canceled after the deadline, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value must be paid.

5. Complaints and refunds:

Any problem with the products must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In case of defects or other issues, the customer can return the products for a refund or a product replacement.o
