Usage Area: All oil type Power transformers of all power between 25 kVA and 10 mVA are used in distribution transformers.
Material Type: It is produced from low alloy, high strength CCR 6112 sheet material.
Sheet Thickness: Sheet thicknesses of all sizes between 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm are used.
Depth: Depth can be applied according to all dimensions between 50 mm and 400 mm.
Height: All dimensions between 400 mm and 1600 mm can be used.
Intermediate Distance: Intermediate distance can be adjusted between 45 mm and 100 mm.
Tolerance: ISO norm DIN 2768 C

Specifications

Spot welding is applied with automatic robot sewing system.
Each product passes the leak tests.
Transmission rods and belt welds are made as standard.
During expansion, an embossing pressure groove is applied, which provides strength to the radiators.
Embossing printing grooves provide effective cooling with oil circulation and increase the heat transfer rate.
The number of grooves can be increased up to 3 depending on the honeycomb height.
Painted and unpainted options are available. If colored products are preferred, painting can be done according to the RAL code.
Standard sandblasting procedure complies with DIN norms. If there is a special request or specification value for sandblasting, this can be provided and the price is also determined.
In line with the customer's request, production can be made in accordance with IEC 144 standards.
